Prismatic Evolutions introducesEevee and theEeveelutions as StellarTeraPokémon ex. This special expansion also introduces two parallel Holofoil variants that may appear on cards, featuring aPoké Ball or aMaster Ball etched in the background, alongside the regular parallel holofoil variant. Pokémon cards of Common, Uncommon, and Rare rarity are available in all three variants; Trainer cards of Common and Uncommon rarity are available in the regular and Poké Ball variants only.

Prismatic Evolutions contains mostly cards from the JapaneseTerastal Fest ex subset andGenerations Start Decks; from the latter, cards relating to GenerationsI,II,IV, andVI are included. Prismatic Evolutions contains sixACE SPEC Trainer cards, 10 Pokémon ex, 15 Tera Pokémon ex, 12 ultra rare Supporter cards, 32 special illustration rare cards (26 Pokémon ex and 6 Supporter cards), and five hyper rare gold etched Pokémon ex cards. Prismatic Evolutions is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
