Effect

If the holder uses amove that has a charging turn (exceptSky Drop), immediately after charging the move the user consumes the Power Herb and executes the final stage of the move. Because the charging stage is still performed, theDefense boost fromSkull Bash and theSpecial Attack boost fromMeteor Beam andElectro Shot are still applied.

If a Pokémon usesSolar Beam orSolar Blade duringharsh sunlight orElectro Shot duringrain, it will not consume its held Power Herb.
