Effect

Powder Snow inflicts damage and has a 10% chance offreezing the target.

Powder Snow hits both opponents in aDouble Battle. In aTriple Battle, Powder Snow will only hit opposing adjacent Pokémon.

Powder Snow can be used as the first move of aPokémon Contest combination, causingBlizzard to score double the normal appeal if used in the next turn. It can also be used to finish a combination, with the user gaining 4 bonus appeal points ifHail was used in the previous turn. It is also part of a Contest Spectacular combination, giving an extra three appeal points if the moveHail was used in the prior turn.
