Pokémon League representatives, referred to in-game as aPokémon League rep (Japanese:ポケモンリーグPokémon League) or aLeague staffer (Japanese:リーグの人(ひと)person from the League), arenon-player characters introduced inPokémon Scarlet and Violet. They are affiliated with thePaldea League, offering challenges toTrainers taking on the League. They award theplayer anitem prize for defeating a certain number of Trainers in a specified area.

In the core series games

Pokémon League representatives are primarily found atPokémon Centers aroundPaldea, but in South Province (Area Four) and Casseroya Lake, which have no Pokémon Centers, they appear next to watchtowers instead. They offer theplayer various prizes, such asTMs andheld items, in exchange for defeating an equal or greater number ofTrainers in the area they specify.
