Pokémon Concierge

Pokémon Concierge (Japanese:ポケモンコンシェルジュPokémon Concierge) is astop-motionanimated series produced bydwarf studios as a collaborative production betweenNetflix andThe Pokémon Company. The initial run consisted of four episodes, which were released worldwide on December 28, 2023 on Netflix.[1] A second batch of four episodes was released worldwide on September 4, 2025 on Netflix.[2]

It was announced on February 27, 2023 during aPokémon Presents as part ofPokémon Day.[3][4] On February 19, 2024, the official Pokémon Twitter account announced that additional episodes were currently in production.[5] From February 21 to March 9, 2025, episodes from Part 1 were made available on the various official PokémonYouTube channels as a part ofPokémon Day 2025 celebrations. On February 27, 2025, during a Pokémon Presents as part of Pokémon Day, it was announced that the second batch of episodes will be released on Netflix in September 2025. On July 22, 2025, a new trailer was shown during Pokémon Presents.

It features a concierge at thePokémon Resort,Haru, and her interactions with Pokémon and theirTrainers visiting the resort as guests.
