TheOmega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire arc (Japanese:Ωルビー・αサファイア編Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire arc), also referred to asThe 13th Chapter (Japanese:第十三章The Thirteenth Chapter), is the thirteenth story arc of thePokémon Adventuresmanga. It was originally published digitally inShogakukan's Web Sunday, but moved to Sunday Web Every starting withchapter 20.Chapter 1 was released on January 6, 2015, with subsequent chapters being released individually on the first Tuesday of every month. It began serialization in December 2014, and ended in September 2016.
The arc follows the adventures ofRuby,Sapphire, andEmerald as they try and learn the secrets ofMega Evolution to prevent their planet from being destroyed by anincoming meteoroid. Meanwhile, a young woman namedZinnia is out to exact vengeance upon theDevon Corporation for the wrong they did toher people in the past. The arc is roughly based on the events of theDelta Episode of thePokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire games.
