Navel Rock (Japanese:へそのいわNavel Rock) is an island betweenFour andFive Islands in theSevii Islands, accessible inPokémon FireRed, LeafGreen, andEmerald. TheLegendary Pokémon Lugia andHo-Oh roost on this island.

Role

Aplayer can only access Navel Rock by downloading theMysticTicket throughMystery Gift and sailing there by talking to theSailor in front of theSeagallop Ferries inPokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, or by boarding theS.S. Tidal fromLilycove City inPokémon Emerald.

In FireRed and LeafGreen, likeBirth Island, Navel Rock is invisible on theTown Map by default, only appearing when the player first arrives there. This is in contrast to the other Sevii Islands, which do appear on the Town Map. In Emerald, it never appears in thePokéNav's map.
