Release information
This card was included as both a Regular card and aFull Art card in theNoble Victories expansion, first released in the JapaneseRed Collection expansion. Both prints feature artwork byKen Sugimori. It was reprinted in theDark Explorers expansion with different artwork byMegumi Mizutani, first released in the JapaneseReshiram-EX andZekrom-EX Battle Strength Decks.
The Noble Victories Regular print was reprinted in the JapaneseMaster Deck Build Box EX, released on September 14, 2012. A new print with artwork byYusuke Ohmura was released as one of the JapaneseBW-P Promotional cards upon the release of thePlasma Gale expansion. It was one of four possible promotional cards given to customers who purchased ¥1000 worth of Pokémon Card Game products at participating stores. This print also features the Plasma Gale expansion logo in the bottom left corner of the artwork. A Cracked Ice Reverse Holofoil version of this print was released as a differently numbered BW-P Promotional card in theHolo Card Special Pack N, released on April 19, 2013. This print was eventually released as an EnglishBW Black Star Promotional card given out atPokémon Leagues during the Fennekin Season of the 2013-2014 League Cycle.
N was reprinted in theFates Collide expansion with new artwork by Megumi Mizutani, first released in the JapaneseAwakening Psychic King expansion and theZygarde-EX Perfect Battle Deck. A Non Holofoil version of the BW Promotional print without the Pokémon League logo was included in theBattle Arena Decks: Rayquaza vs. Keldeo. The Fates Collide print was reprinted in the JapanesePremium Trainer Box. The Box was released at the start of the Sun & Moon Era, which introduced a new Trainer card layout; however, this card retains its original layout. This held true for the reprint included in the JapaneseThe Best of XY subset as well. A newFull Art print with artwork by the same artist was also released within the subset. This print was subsequently released in English in thePremium Trainer's XY Collection as aYellow A Alternate card, utilizing the Fates Collide print's number. The Fates Collide print was reprinted again in the JapaneseUltra Sun & Ultra Moon Premium Trainer Box,Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Deck Build Boxes, and theExtra Regulation Box with the layout unchanged again.

This card's effect is similar to that ofRocket's Admin., a card previously released in theEX Team Rocket Returns expansion; the difference is that Rocket's Admin. allows players to draw "up to" the number of their prize cards.
Origin
N is the leader ofTeam Plasma inPokémon Black and White. TheRondez-View Ferris Wheel is featured in both the Noble Victories and theDark Explorers Regular prints' illustration, while the Badge Check Gate of Black 2 and White 2'sVictory Road is featured in theBW Promotional print's illustration.
