TheMedichamite (Japanese:チャーレムナイトCharemnite) is a type ofheld item introduced inGeneration VI. It is theMega Stone that allowsMedicham toMega Evolve into Mega Medicham.

In battle
If held by aMedicham, the Medichamite allows it toMega Evolve into Mega Medicham if itsTrainer has aKey Stone. A Trainer can only Mega Evolve one Pokémon per battle (or only have one Mega-Evolved Pokémon at any given momentZA).
As aMega Stone, it is unaffected by item-negating effects (such asEmbargo andKlutz). Item-manipulating effects (such asTrick andFling) cannot give or remove a Medichamite from Medicham.
Outside of battle
If held by a Medicham, the Medichamite allows it to Mega Evolve into Mega Medicham when it performs aSpectacular Talent during aPokémon Contest Spectacular if its Trainer has a Key Stone. Medicham will remain a Mega Medicham until theTalent Round ends.
