Mallow's mother

Mallow's mother is acharacter of the day who appeared inMemories in the Mist!. She is the mother ofMallow andUlu, and the wife ofAbe. Prior toPokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, she passed away due to an unspecified illness while Mallow was still little.

She first appeared in a flashback of her and Mallow going for a walk in a forest located behind thePokémon School. During their walk, they encountered aBounsweet that shecaught and gave to Mallow for her to keep so that she wouldn't be lonely. She was also shown repeatedly apologizing to Mallow for her condition; this eventually frustrated Mallow and caused her to have an angry outburst towards her mother before leaving, which turned out to be their final conversation before her death.

She later appeared as an apparition created fromTapu Fini's mist. She reunited and reconciled with her daughter as they exchanged their gratitude for each other.
