Luis (Japanese:オードAude) is a minor supporting character who appeared inWhite—Victini and Zekrom andBlack—Victini and Reshiram. He is a young boy currently living in a frozen region and a descendant of the "People of the Vale".
In the movies
In the beginning ofBlack—Victini and Reshiram, Luis was out on the frozen tundra with his mother, village leaderGlacine, searching forRevival Herbs. HisLillipup had just found some under the ice when a giant iceberg crashed into the glacier he and his mother were on. Both ran for cover and they were almost rescued by the arrival ofDonuke. However, his sled was flipped over by aBeartic and the three were trapped on a crumbling sheet of ice, with the iceberg still incoming. They were saved byDamon, who summonedZekrom to destroy the iceberg withFusion Bolt. He was also seen in a flashback of Damon's inWhite—Victini and Reshiram, where he gives Damon a bottle of Revival Herb potion.
Luis was later seen in both movies with Glacine and Donuke, as well as the people of the desert village, who all came toEindoak Town to show their support for Damon's idea. He was also seen in the ending credits withLuisa.

Lillipup appears as Luis's Pokémon at his home in the frozen region. It helps him search for rare herbs frozen in the ice. Later on, it nearly falls into the icy water after Luis loses his grip on it when a giant iceberg hits the glacier. Fortunately, it is saved by Damon'sGothitelle'sConfusion.
None of Lillipup's moves are known.

Movie adaptations
Luis appears in a single panel ofWhite—Victini and Zekrom, where he is seen in the flashback of Damon visiting the tundra village on a journey to gather the descendants of the People of the Vale. Luis does not travel to Eindoak Town in support of Damon's plan as he does in the movie.
