History
Pre-series

Liko was born in thePaldearegion and grew up inCabo Poco with her parents,Alex andLucca. Her grandmother,Diana, was also an important part of her childhood, with Liko hearing stories of the adventures and journeys she went through around the world. After being accepted intoIndigo Academy, Liko was given a mysterious pendant by Diana, which she said would be important to her in the future.
Pokémon Horizons: The Series

Liko debuted inThe Pendant That Starts It All (Part One). She enrolled inIndigo Academy at theKanto region, where she formed a friendship with her roommateAnn and received herfirst Pokémon, aSprigatito. During the next few days, Liko worked hard to strengthen her bond with Sprigatito by learning more about it and make it listen to her instructions inbattle, but to little avail.
One day, a young man namedAmethio introduced himself to her, supposedly as her grandmother's representative, and asked her for the pendant. Quickly distrusting his intentions, Liko attempted to run away from him andhisteammates, but eventually got cornered by the group, who called themselvesExplorers. However, before any violent confrontation could begin,Friede swooped in on hisCharizard and started battlingAmethio's Ceruledge. A strayPsycho Cut nearly hit Liko as she tried to escape, but her pendant activated in time and protected her from the attack.
In thenext episode, Liko noticed the presence ofa mysterious Pokémon during the activation of the pendant's power. After being rescued by Friede, Liko and Sprigatito were taken aboard his airship, theBrave Olivine, where they were introduced to theRising Volt Tacklers. Not long after, the ship was attacked by the Explorers, who almost coerced Liko to go with them, had Sprigatito not encouraged her to stand tall. Liko had theGrass Cat Pokémon unleash aLeafage strong enough to break the forcefield around the Wing Deck, but it got blown overboard in the process, which allowed the Explorers to capture it before fleeing.

InFor Sure! 'Cause Sprigatito's with Me!, Liko discovered thather mother had hired the Rising Volt Tacklers to protect her. The group soon reached the city where the Explorers were last seen. After running an errand forMollie at the city'sPokémon Center, she followed the sound ofMurdock's Rockruff's barking and discovered thatMurdock and Friede had found Onia. She and Friede chased Onia back to the Explorers' hideout, where Friede engaged Amethio in a battle, allowing her and Rockruff to locate Sprigatito. Feeling she could trust them, Liko decided to join the Rising Volt Tacklers in their travels to find out more about the mysteries surrounding her pendant and the Explorers, officially becoming a member of the group.
InThe Treasure After the Storm!, it was revealed that Liko had signed up for online classes and would be attending school virtually. After doing some chores, Liko found out thatFuecoco had fallen off the Brave Olivine and went out to look for it. During the search, they came upon an open tree stump with eatenBerries and were mistakenly accused of eating them by thewild Pokémon. As they were being chased, Liko's pendant started to glow, and soon they were found byRoy, who helped them escape. The wild Pokémon, however, did not give up on their hunt and successfully captured them. After being rescued by Friede, Liko and Roy gathered Berries for the wild Pokémon as an apology gift, and she soon waved goodbye to her new friend.

They did not depart for long, however, as the Rising Volt Tacklers were startled awakeduring the middle of the night when Roy snuck on the ship and got shocked byCaptain Pikachu. He wanted to see his friend Fuecoco once more, but, despite searching all over the Brave Olivine, couldn't find it. In the next day, the Explorers launched an assault on the Rising Volt Tacklers. Despite her own nervousness, Liko managed to defeat Onia all by herself. As she arrived on the beach, she was assaulted by Amethio'sCorviknight, nearly getting hit beforeher pendant activated again, projecting another barrier to protect her. Liko and Roy called Sprigatito and Fuecoco to fight Amethio's Ceruledge, but it proved to be too powerful for them. Then, Liko's pendant and Roy'sAncient Poké Ball reacted in unison, and from the Poké Ball emerged aBlack Rayquaza. After forcing the Explorers to retreat, Rayquaza briefly stared at Liko before flying away. She decided to keep looking into her pendant's mystery alongside Roy and the Rising Volt Tacklers as they headed off towardsPaldea.
InSpecial Training with Cap!, Liko was challenged by Roy to a battle, but it was called off when their Pokémon tired themselves into a draw. Shortly after, Friede downloaded the Rising Volt Tacklers app on theirRotom Phones and suggested they visitDot to see if she had any info on the Black Rayquaza, but weren't able to talk to her. Frustrated, they asked Friede for some special training, which he accepted. In order for them to win, they had to land a hit on Captain Pikachu, but, despite figuring out the pattern of hisDouble Team, weren't able to. After a break, Liko and Roy battled against each other once more—this time, there was a clear winner, as Sprigatito managed to overcome the type disadvantage and defeatFuecoco. This battle was the first step for the new Rising Volt Tacklers to get closer to Dot, who let them know the Black Rayquaza was in Paldea. Realizing that Dot is just shy around others, like she is, Liko decided to learn more about her in hopes of becoming friends with her.
In thenext episode, Liko accepted Roy's pleading to watch over the Brave Olivine in his place, as she already was planning to watch a livestream by Nidothing, her favorite content creator. By the time she had done her chores, she decided to bring Dot the lunch that Murdock had prepared for her. Once at her door, Liko faintly heard Nidothing's background music and, assuming Dot to be a Nidothing fan like herself, tried to bond with Dot over this shared interest, but to no avail. During the livestream, Nidothing—who, unbeknownst to Liko, was actually Dot in a costume—read and responded a comment about the whole situation left by her, who was quick to follow the streamer's advice.

InWelcome to Paldea!, the Rising Volt Tacklers landed in Paldea. Before heading to her home inCabo Poco, Liko guided Roy and Friede as they toured aroundMesagoza. After Friede failed to get a hold of her mother, Liko suggested visitingher father, which quickly made her feel uneasy after realizing that her journey could soon be over. At home, she overheard her father talking to Friede about how he was worrying about her being by herself. After a sleepless night back at the Brave Olivine, and a run-in with a wildLechonk, she told her father that she still wanted to be a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers and travel the world with them. Her father accepted her wishes and told them about the sightings of a mysterious Pokémon overArtazon. In thenext episode, Liko and Roy went to the city, where they met theChampion-rankedTrainerNemona and the localGrass-typeGym LeaderBrassius. During their time together, they learned that Brassius saw the Black Rayquaza flying overArboliva's Forest and decided to make it their next destination.

Asthey reached the forest, Liko and Roy discovered that part of it had burned down after a lightning strike started a wildfire. After looking around, Liko found an injuredPaldeanWooper, but the local wild Pokémon were distrustful of her and took Wooper to agiantArboliva, which started attacking Liko and Roy until Mollie had finished treating the Poison Fish Pokémon's injuries. In thefollowing episode, Liko led a successful group effort to replant the part of the forest that had burned down. Suddenly, Liko's pendant started to glow and briefly transformed into the mysterious Pokémon again, following which Arboliva returned to its Ancient Poké Ball and allowed Liko to take it under her care. At the end of the day, Liko decided she wanted to see her grandmother in the hopes of learning more about the pendant.
InAn Unexpected Picnic!, Liko and the rest of the Rising Volt Tacklers decided to have apicnic while the ship was undergoing an automatic inspection. During that leisure period, feeling that Dot andLudlow were missing out, Liko enlisted Murdock's help in making an indoor picnic for them. Later, Liko was shocked to see that Dot sent her a picture of Nidothing and Ludlow having a good time. In her naivety, Liko did not correlate Dot and Nidothing as the same person, instead concluding that it was all part of Dot's plan to make her happy.
InFly! Wattrel!!, Liko went toLevincia alone after seeing an advertisement for theSpicy Herba Mystica spice that Murdock wanted. Unbeknownst to her, this was a trap set up bySpinel to lure her away. Spinel used hisBeheeyem to erase Liko's memories, specifically the ones involving the Rising Volt Tacklers, and effortlessly stole her pendant. Inthe following episode, Dot staged a collaboration withIono in order to find out Liko's whereabouts. By the time her memory fully recovered, Liko had reunited with Roy, Friede, and Dot, the latter she met in person for the first time. Realizing that Spinel was still in Paldea, the group was determined to retrieve the stolen pendant back.

InQuaxly, We Can Do It, Liko, Roy, and Dot went searching for Spinel in order to get the pendant back. Once Dot located Spinel's whereabouts, Liko and Roy teamed up with her to battle the Explorers Admin. They managed to take down Spinel'sMagneton and Beheeyem, only to be quickly overwhelmed by hisUmbreon. Despite this, Liko's determination to keep battling caused the pendant to glow brightly, forcing Spinel out of his hiding spot and allowing Sprigatito the chance to retrieve it. Liko and the others escaped with Arboliva's help and reunited with the other Rising Volt Tacklers. Later, Dot finally confessed to Liko about her secret identity as Nidothing, much to Liko's shock.
InKabu's Battle Training!, Liko arrived atMotostoke Stadium with Roy in order to gather information about the Black Rayquaza fromMotostoke Gym LeaderKabu. Kabu tested their resolve through a training contest to master their Pokémon's basic moves, followed by aMulti Battle against himself and his apprenticeWakaba. Although Liko did her best throughout her training, she yielded to Roy during their contest when she saw how he had improved, and felt it best to forfeit against Wakaba to help her qualify as aGym Trainer. When this only upset Sprigatito and Wakaba, however, Kabu helped Liko understand her lack of consideration for their feelings, and she apologized to them both. After the training, Liko and Roy learned from Kabu that Rayquaza was spotted heading towards theGalar Mine.

In thenext episode, while heading to the Galar Mine, Liko, Roy, and Friede had to seek shelter from the rain and they found a wildHatenna. Liko felt that something wasn't right with her and brought Hatenna back to the Brave Olivine so Mollie could check her out. Mollie deduced she was just feeling down, so Liko volunteered to look after Hatenna, but she ran away after sensing Dot's strong emotions. Liko, Roy, and Dot sought Hatenna all over the airship, with Liko eventually finding her on the observation deck. She told Hatenna that she also liked to come there as well because it was quiet and peaceful, which led them to bond. After the weather cleared up, Liko attempted to return Hatenna to the wild, but Sprigatito convinced the Calm Pokémon not to go and she ran back into Liko's arms. Realizing that Hatenna wanted to go with her, Friede gave her a Poké Ball and Liko happilycaughtHatenna, adding her to herteam.
InCharge! Galar Mine!, Liko, Roy, and Friede arrived at the Galar Mine, but the former two got separated from Friede. While trying to find the Black Rayquaza, the two encountered the Explorers again in the process. During the battle, Liko and Roy met aGalarianMoltres that had an Ancient Poké Ball, which got her to realize that it was one of Lucius's Pokémon. Unfortunately, they were forced to retreat when Moltres proved to be too strong and Captain Pikachu was injured as they left the mine. In thenext episode, Liko and Roy arrived at the Pokémon Center in Motostoke where they reunited with Friede and agreed to battle Moltres again. After finding Moltres again at the Galar Mine, Liko battled theLegendary Pokémon once more in order to calm it down. After Moltres calmed down, Liko's pendant started to glow and briefly transformed into the mysterious Pokémon again, following which the Moltres returned to its Ancient Poké Ball and allowed Liko to take it under her care.

InReunion at the Ancient Castle!, Liko with Roy and Friede arrived inHammerlocke in order to find theancient castle that her grandmother was at. Through herSquawkabilly, Liko and her friends were able to find her grandmother. Liko introduced her grandmother to her friends Roy and Friede, as well as Sprigatito and Hatenna as her Pokémon partners. They hung out at the castle until the Explorers, who have been following them, arrived at their location. In thenext episode, Liko and Roy tried to escape the Explorers, but they were forced to battle Onia and Zirc, which was interrupted by the arrival ofCoral andSidian. After the rest of the Rising Volt Tacklers arrived, Liko, her grandmother and her friends were able to escape.
InSong Within the Mist, Liko joined her friends and Ludlow in finding aLapras, who happened to be one of Lucius's Pokémon, after they got a lead from a ship crew that saw the Transport Pokémon. Fortunately, Liko, Roy, Dot, and Ludlow were able to find Lapras, but they failed to get her to come out, as she was covered by theMist and two Pokémon appeared on the ship. When Friede devised a plan to get Lapras back, Liko and Roy stayed on the deck to wait for the Transport Pokémon. Thanks to Friede and Captain Pikachu, Liko and Roy saw it with battle scars and other various Pokémon on aWailord, who also had scars as well. In thenext episode, Liko joined Roy and Friede in going after Lapras and, after convincing her that they were friends, Lapras returned to its Ancient Poké Ball and Liko took it under her care. However, before setting off, Liko and her friends witnessed the Black Rayquaza arriving at their location.
InRoar of the Black Rayquaza, Liko witnessed Terapagostransform in order to battle the Black Rayquaza after it defeated Amethio. After Terapagos collapsed and the Black Rayquaza left, Liko stayed by its side while it recovered. Liko and Roy then had a training battle with Diana, and won when Sprigatito managed to land a hit on herArcanine. In thenext episode, Liko and Roy overheard Diana's intentions to continue traveling alone. They decided to organize a surprise farewell party for her. Through the help of their teammates, Liko and Roy surprised Diana with the party, which she appreciated. Before leaving, Diana gave Liko her adventure log and then the Rising Volt Tacklers resumed their search for the remainingSix Heroes. However, Liko was informed by Friede that they were heading back to Paldea first in order to gain information on Terapagos.
InThe Plan to Capture Rayquaza, Liko and Roy arrived at Coral, Sidian, andChalce's location in an attempt to stop them from using a machine capable of recreating Terapagos's energy to summon the Black Rayquaza. While Dot worked on a shutdown program for the machine, Liko and Roy used their Pokémon to keep the Explorers distracted. Their efforts worked, but after Dot shut the machine down, Coral lost her temper and commanded herGlalie to useSelf-Destruct. The attack collided with Rayquaza'sDragon Pulse, creating an explosion powerful enough to blast the Sky High Pokémon directly into the hull of the Brave Olivine.

InFrom So Far Away, the ship was safely docked while the Explorers retreated, realizing their operation was a failure. Hoping to convey Terapagos's desire to reachLaqua, Liko, Roy, Friede, and Dot challenged Rayquaza to a battle, which it readily accepted. Amethio later joined the fray and teamed up with Friede, with them Terastallizing Ceruledge and Charizard, respectively, but both were eventually defeated by a devastatingDragon Ascent. Liko and Roy confronted Rayquaza next, but despite Sprigatito evolving into Floragato and Fuecoco learningFlame Charge, they were unable to do much against the Sky High Pokémon. After Rayquaza took off, the Rising Volt Tacklers regrouped. While the Brave Olivine underwent repairs, Liko, Roy and Dot decided to become stronger by learning how to use the Terastal phenomenon as well.
InWelcome to Naranja Academy!, Liko, Dot, and Roy were enrolled inNaranja Academy as part of theTera Training course. They each received aTera Orb and were tasked with battling the PaldeaGym Leaders as part of their Tera Training. To Liko's surprise,Katy was chosen as her opponent. Liko then reunites with Ann and decided to have arematch against her. Through her quick thinking, Liko was able to win the battle and promised Ann that they'll battle each other again one day. Later, Liko and her friends set off for her battle against Katy inCortondo.
InPut Your Heart Into It!, Liko, Roy, and Dot arrived in Cortondo, where they encountered Murdock working part-time at the Patisserie Soapberry. They also found Katy being yelled at by Coral, who was furious because she arrived too late to buy sweets. Katy only had time to take on one challenger that day, so she had Liko and Coral face off in a baking competition to see who she would battle. With the matcha cake they made, Liko and Floragato won the competition while Coral lost and was kicked out for her volatile behavior. Later, during her battle with Katy, Liko Terastallized Floragato into aGrass-type, but they were defeated when Katy'sTeraBugTeddiursa, Teddy, used a powered-upFury Cutter. Despite the loss, Liko still passed her assessment for using Terastal at the appropriate moment. Afterwards, Liko and her friends prepared to head to Artazon for Roy's battle with Brassius.
InHatenna and the Otherworldly, Liko, Roy, and Dot encountered a group of theMankey evolutionary line. While Liko and the others fended off the horde of angry Pokémon, Hatenna discovered that they were enraged after losing access to their food storage. By working with their Pokémon, Liko's group successfully built a rope bridge for their new friends to climb on. Overjoyed at being able to access their food again, the Mankey family accidentally caused a boulder to fall on their berry supply, angering them all over again. Tired of all the fighting, Hatenna evolved intoHattrem and used her newly learnedBrutal Swing to defeat the threeAnnihilape that were attacking each other. Afterward, the Mankey family apologized for their actions and shared their food with Liko's group.

InLiko vs. Rika! Towards the Battle's End, Liko was paired with Katy for an aptitude match againstRika of the PaldeaElite Four. During the battle, Liko became frustrated, comparing herself with the other Trainers and thinking she couldn't keep up, a feeling that was building up inside her even before the battle begun. Katy and Rika supported her their own ways, pointing out her mind was seemingly everywhere at once. The Elite Four member also left her wondering about what Pokémon battles are about, and Liko found out her answer as the battle went on, recognizing that being immersed in a battle allows for a Trainer to know what their Pokémon feels and vowing to take battles as seriously as her Floragato has ever taken. In the end, Liko and Katy still lost, with the student becoming emotional and shedding bitter tears for having engaged more intimately with the battle. Later, she was approached byGrusha, who briefly made a comment about her before leaving withGeeta. While she did not know who he was, she would eventually find out once the pairings for the next module of the Tera Trainingwere revealed, as he was assigned as the Gym Leader she would have to face.
InIce Battle! Cold-Eyed Grusha, Liko, Roy, and Dot arrived atGlaseado Gym for her Tera Training test against Grusha. After learning about his past as a professional snowboarder, Liko was determined to receive approval from the Gym Leader. The battle, however, did not go according to her plans, asCetitan's bulk andAltaria's aerial attacks, combined with a massive type disadvantage, proved to be too much for her team, leading to Liko failing her test, with Grusha not acknowledging her in spite of her loss and refusing to give her a second chance.

InThe Approaching Shadow!, the trio decided to visitPaldea's Highest Peak, wanting to cheer Liko up. Along the way, she was unknowingly deviated from her friends byChalce'sMedicham and ran by chance into Amethio, who seized the opportunity to take Terapagos. This time, however, Liko and Floragato put up a fight and even forced Amethio into Terastallizing Ceruledge, which made her think back to her recent loss and hesitate. The battle was interrupted by Spinel, who tested the effects of theTreasure of Eternity on hisUmbreon, causing it to enter a rampaging state that allowed it to easily triumph over Ceruledge. Angered, Terapagos transformed into itsTerastal Form and destroyed the crystal, purifying Umbreon in the process. Demanding answers as to what they just witnessed, Liko and Amethio chased after the fleeing Spinel, only to be lured into a nearby cave and be trapped inside. In thefollowing episode, as the air grew colder, they gathered around a campfire and opened up to each other, learning about each other's goals and reflecting on the similarities of their journeys. Liko even pondered if the Rising Volt Tacklers and the Explorers could work together to reach the end goal they shared, but Amethio quickly discarded the idea, claiming the paths they take are too different. Eventually, they managed to create an opening in the ceiling and escape, with him warning her about Spinel before parting ways. Later, Liko reunited with her friends and Friede and told them about the Treasure of Eternity. Before heading down the mountain, the children visited Paldea's Highest Peak and snapped a groupphoto.

InInfiltrating the System! Naranja Academy in Danger!, the trio returned to Naranja Academy, where theTera Training Student Battle Tournament was announced, allowing those who failed the Tera Training to Terastallize one last time before the course officially ended. As the tournament was underway, Dot informed Liko and Roy that the Explorers had infiltrated the academy's systems to steal data on Terapagos. They split up, and Liko ended up finding and confronting Sidian at the academy's rooftop; unbeknownst to them, Grusha watched their battle from afar. In order to protect Terapagos and the school, Liko Terastallized Floragato, granting her enough power to defeat her opponent. Sidian acknowledged Liko's strength before leaving, and Grusha finally revealed himself, telling her to meet him at the principal's office, whereClavell and Geeta were also at. While Liko thought she was in trouble for Terastallizing outside of the Tera Training, they actually commended her for her actions, with the Gym Leader even changing his previous assessment to a passing grade. With one more student having passed their usage test, the tournament's battle pairings changed accordingly, with Liko and Roybeing set to battle each other next. After a couple of switches, bothKilowattrel and Hattrem were down, leaving only their first partner Pokémon remaining. Encouraged by the collective chanting of his Trainer,Ryme, and the crowd, Roy's Fuecoco evolved intoCrocalor. Then, Liko and Roy both Terastallized their Pokémon, but Crocalor prevailed and defeated Floragato, making Roy the winner.
Following the end of the Tera Training course, Liko, Roy, and Dot reunited with the rest of the Rising Volt Tacklers inInto a New Sky! The Brave Olivine!. After receiving Lucius's belt back from Friede, Liko was challenged by Lucius's Arboliva, who wanted to test her strength as a Trainer at the end of her Tera Training. After exchanging a couple of attacks, Liko Terastallized Floragato and had her use an enhancedMagical Leaf, which Arboliva withstood, but still seemed content with their growth before returning to its Poké Ball soon after.
Before they left Naranja Academy,Raifort informed them aboutBriar, a Terapagos researcher currently stationed in the land ofKitakami, so the Rising Volt Tacklers decided to head there next. Liko, Roy, Dot, and Friede arrived at theCrystal Pool inEncounters at the Crystal Pool, where Briar was at, according toCarmine. After calming a wild TerastallizedMilotic down, Liko's group and Briar discussed about Terapagos, its forms, and its connection toArea Zero. Once night fell, Briar suggested using the Crystal Pool's special properties and Terapagos's memories about Lucius to summon him and find some answers, but nothing happened. Afterward, they bid farewell to Briar and returned to the Brave Olivine, without any leads regarding Terapagos or the Six Heroes until Dot ran intoPerrin, a photographer who snapped a photo ofLucius's Kleavor inTengu Mountain, though she couldn't remember the exact place.
Liko, Roy, Dot, Friede, and Perrin arrived in Tengu Mountain inThe Search for Kleavor!. Following an encounter with a pack of wildHoundour andHoundoom, Liko was separated from the others and came across various scratches in the terrain, which she attributed to Kleavor. Using Hattrem's ability to sense emotions, Liko was able to ascertain that Kleavor wasn't angry and that the markings weren't meant as a warning sign. Eventually, the group reunited near aDugtrio-shaped rock, where Dot identified Perrin's photo had been taken. In thefollowing episode, once Liko and the others successfully tracked Kleavor down, Lapras emerged from her Poké Ball to greet her old friend. Liko and Lapras asked Kleavor to join them on their quest, to which it responded by entering a nearby cave. Liko, Roy, and Dot traversed the cave, eventually finding Kleavor waiting for them inside a bamboo grove. Realizing Kleavor aimed to test their might, Liko and the others accepted its challenge and sent out their Pokémon to face it. After a long battle over various terrains, Kleavor emerged victorious over Liko, Roy, and Dot's Terastallized Pokémon, but still acknowledged their strength and decided to return to its Ancient Poké Ball.
InThe Three Explorers, Liko reunited with Diana, who had successfully obtained more information on Lucius. Before telling everyone what she had learned, Diana challenged her granddaughter to a battle, which eventually ended in Liko's victory. Afterward, Diana told the Rising Volt Tacklers about how Lucius founded the original Explorers alongside his comrades,Rystal andGibeon. Liko, Roy, Dot, and Friede took Diana to the Crystal Pool, where they successfully used its power to summon Rystal's spirit. There, they learned that Terapagos was actually Rystal's partner Pokémon and that she and Lucius are Liko's great-great-grandparents. Rystalthen proceeded to tell everyone how she met Lucius, how the original Explorers came to be, and what happened after they made it to Laqua, which ended up with Gibeon seemingly falling to his death and Lucius being sealed inside Laqua to prevent the Laquium from threatening the world's balance. When it was time for Rystal to return to her original time, she entrusted Terapagos to Liko, stating that she was its partner now. Liko comforted Terapagos, who was sad to see its original Trainer leave. With a Poké Ball she received from Friede, Liko caught Terapagos and adopted the nickname "Pagogo" from Rystal. Afterward, Diana bid farewell to Liko and the others and went on her own travels.
After following leads fromWy-Yes andSiskel, the Rising Volt Tacklers found what was presumed to be Lucius'sEntei inEntei's Fierce Battle Cry!, in an archipelago off theOlivine City coast. Although they failed to defeat it, Entei still recognized their strength, but was revealed to be awild Pokémon unrelated to the Six Heroes.
The Rising Volt Tacklers' search for Lucius's Entei led them to Paldea'sPokémon League building inOver the Top!, after Briar notified them about recent sightings of an Entei in Area Zero. In order for Liko, Roy, and Dot to be granted access to the area, they were tasked with defeating Geeta's Pokémon, consisting of aGlimmora and twoGlimmet, in a battle. In the end, only Floragato and Glimmora remained, with Liko's Pokémon barely managing to win thanks toOvergrow activating. Having been granted permission, the children searched around Area Zero for Entei alongside Friede and Briar until it decided to appear before them inThe Pillar of Fire, revealing itself to actually be aGouging Fire. Eventually, after an intense battle, the Rising Volt Tacklers earned Gouging Fire's trust. In thefollowing episode, the children and Friede battled once more against the Black Rayquaza after it had been summoned to Area Zero by the other heroes. Despite putting up a tough fight, Rayquaza was still able to endure their assault and retaliate, leaving only Roy's Crocalor and Pagogo, in its Terastal Form, standing. After being hit by a Dragon Ascent, Pagogo chose to share itsTerastal energy with Crocalor, allowing it to Terastallize and weaken Rayquaza enough for it to go inside its Ancient Poké Ball.

With the Six Heroes gathered, the Rising Volt Tacklers headed towards Laqua, guided by Rayquaza. Liko, Roy, Dot, and Friede finally arrived there inThe Pokémon Paradise of Laqua! and were ambushed by the Explorers, who were following them for a while. Once again, Liko faced off against Sidian and was able to gain the upper hand without resorting to Terastallization even when her opponent did it. When Zirc and Onia arrived inGuided by the Black Rayquaza!, the young Rising Volt Tacklers were able to proceed to Laqua's previously sealed off area, where they discovered that Lucius was still alive. While Pagogo and Six Heroes gathered power to purify Laqua of Laquium, the children, alongside Amethio, Terastallized their main Pokémon in preparation for a showdown againstGibeon and theWhite Zygarde. The battle begun in thefollowing episode and was initially very one-sided, with the Order Pokémon being so powerful that they weren't able to deal notable damage even when exploiting a weakness. With aLand's Wrath, Zygarde defeated Crocalor and Quaxwell, and left Floragato and Ceruledge on their last legs. Refusing to give up, Liko encouraged Floragato to stand tall as well in order to protect their friends, which was the push necessary for her to evolve intoMeowscarada. For a final assault, she teamed up with Ceruledge, and managed to knock Zygarde down with her newly learnedFlower Trick. At this moment, Zygarde forfeited the battle, revealing it was actually testing the strength and resolve of Liko and her friends all along, before disassembling and abandoning Gibeon due to his actions.
InWhere the Adventure Leads, after Pagogo, in its Stellar Form, purified Laqua with the help of the Six Heroes, Liko witnessed Lucius fading away and promised to keep looking after Pagogo. Though the situation seemed over, Spinel used some Laquium mist he had stored on the Six Heroes, causing them to go berserk, except for Rayquaza. The rampaging heroes began attacking both friend and foe, causing the earth below everyone to become unstable and collapse. Rayquaza shielded Liko and the others with its body before urging them to flee the area. With Roy's Kilowattrel and Friede's Charizard, the group was able to reach the Brave Olivine, but soon faced a heavy loss when Friede and his Charizard were blown off by the heavy winds, leaving their fate unknown.

Liko and the others eventually returned to Mount Pericarp to look for Friede, only to find that Exceed had the area blocked off. With Spinel framing Laqua's destruction on the Rising Volt Tacklers, the group decided to lay low and go their separate ways, with Liko initially returning home. In the year following these events however, Liko couldn't stay at home in Paldea because of Spinel's actions, and she ended up returning to Indigo Academy in Kanto. Fortunately, Liko was able to have a regular life at Indigo Academy because nobody, except Ann, knew she was a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers.
Oneyear afterWhere the Adventure Leads, Liko reunited with Roy, who revealed that he and Dot discovered that Laquium was still affecting Pokémon worldwide, and told her that he needed her help. However, between being accustomed to Indigo Academy, Pagogo not coming out of its Poké Ball in the last year, and not wanting everyone there to know she was a Rising Volt Tackler, Liko refused, but apologized to Roy. Although, seeing Roy battling Ann and realizing that her three best friends were always moving ahead, Liko decided to have a battle with Roy. Liko gave it her all, but lost to Roy once again. Despite the loss, Liko with her newfound confidence decided to join Roy and Dot in exposing the truth about the events at Laqua in order to clear the Rising Volt Tacklers' name.
InFollowing Traces of Laquium, while Liko, Roy, andUlt battle two Laquium-enhancedSteelix, when Liko was about to be attacked by both, Pagogo finally awakened from its Poké Ball to protect her with its energy barrier, proceeding to change into its Terastal Form and purify the Laquium affecting the two Steelix, much to Liko's joy.
InThe Pokémon Center Lady, Liko and Roy met Mollie, who was working at her family's Pokémon Center. Liko then sent Meowscarada to battle a Laquium-enhancedVileplume, but she got badly poisoned, opting to switch for Hattrem instead. Liko Terastallized her for the first time to deal more powerful attacks, with Hattrem learningHealing Wish to cure Vileplume.
InThe Strong Sphere, Liko and Roy went to an Exceed facility after their battle with Vileplume, figuring it might have something to do with its Laquium infection. She and Roy then battled Coral and Sidian, only to be defeated by their Laquium-enhanced opponents before either of them could Terastallize their Partner Pokémon. Afterwards, both Trainers were saved by Ult, who managed to hold the Explorers off and help them escape after Coral recklessly commanded Glalie to use Self-Destruct. Liko and Roy, now joined by Ult, then proceeded on traveling to a new destination ahead.
InReunion in Cortondo, Liko and the others reunited with Murdock and Dot at the Patisserie Soapberry. Upon being told the children were reforming the Rising Volt Tacklers, Murdock grew concerned for their safety. To help relieve Murdock's worries, Katy challenged Liko to a rematch, using herUrsaring, Teddy, to battle Pagogo. Despite Katy using Terastallization again, Pagogo eventually emerged victorious, proving to Murdock how much Liko had grown over the past year. Liko, Roy, and Dot decided that if they wanted to prevent Strong Spheres from being released to the public, they would need the Brave Olivine as a faster means of transportation. Murdock explained that when everyone went their separate ways,Orla said she would dismantle the airship. Roy and Ult then suggested having her build a new Brave Olivine for them to fly on. With Dot joining the group, Liko and the others set off to meet with Orla inGalar.
InOrla, Grounded, Liko and the others visited Orla atKarna'sPoké Ball factory. While trying to convince Orla to aid them, Liko and the group find out through Ult that Karna had been hired to manufacture shells for the Strong Spheres, oblivious to what they truly were. Two Exceed employees came to pick up their order, but when Ult denied them, the Explorers membersIndi andRubina stepped in to take them by force. In thefollowing episode, Liko, Roy, Ult, and Dot teamed up to battle Indi and Rubina's Laquium-enhancedPaldeanTauros. By exploiting a weakness caused by the Laquium's effect, Liko and the others emerged victorious, forcing Indi and Rubina to retreat.
Later, after Orla had been convinced to fly on the airship once again, Liko and the others pitched in to help clean and repair the Brave Olivine. Once they were done, Mollie, Murdock, and Ludlow arrived to join as well. To everyone else's surprise, Ult proudly stated he would be joining the Rising Volt Tacklers as their newest member. As they prepared to take off, Dot discovered a message from Friede revealing to everyone that he was alive and well, but was in hiding from the Explorers.
InTerastallization vs. Mega Evolution!, Liko, Roy, Dot, and Ult met with Geeta and Clavell at Naranja Academy to discuss Laquium and how Exceed was exploiting its power for their own gain. They then talked about the same subject withJacq, who promised to do his own investigation on how Laquium affects Pokémon.
InThe Knight in the Ruins, while doing research on Laquium Signs inSouth Province with the others, Liko encountered a student namedKaratō, whose partnerScovillain had gone missing. Later, she came across a scared and injured group of Pokémon including aCharcadet she had metone year earlier. The Pokémon were being terrorized by Karatō's Scovillain, which had been affected by Laquium and went on a rampage. After seeing Liko risk herself to protect its friends, Charcadet teamed up with Pagogo to battle and purify Scovillain, returning it to its senses. Once Scovillain and Karatō were reunited, Liko said goodbye toCharcadet, only for it to request that she let it join her team, which Liko happily accepted.

InNidothing Love!, Liko attended a Nidothing and Iono fan meeting in Levincia. While waiting for the event to begin, she and the others came across Zirc and Onia. Upon learning that Zirc was a fellow Nidothing fan but lost his ticket to the event, Liko agreed to help find it. Everyone tracked the ticket to a nearby beach, where it ended up stuck to a wildWugtrio. Together, Liko and the others battled Wugtrio, giving Zirc'sRhydon the opportunity to retrieve the ticket. Later, after the event finished, Zirc and Onia approached Liko and revealed that Amethio went missing sometime after the incident at Laqua. To Liko's surprise, Zirc and Onia personally requested that she help them locate Amethio's whereabouts.
InCharcadet's Wish!, Liko accompanied Zirc and Onia toAmethio's mansion where she found out more about his past. With a picture of Amethio when he was younger and help fromCervantis, Liko, Zirc and Onia found him on an island near Levincia. After telling Amethio everything that had happened in the past year, Liko had a battle with him when her Charcadet wanted to battle his Ceruledge, which was called off. In the end, Liko and Charcadet's determination motivated both Amethio and his Ceruledge to fight against Spinel once again, Liko and Amethio then parted ways.
InTaking the Next Steps, Liko was reunited with her grandmother Diana, who informed everyone about a possible method to have Pagogo fully eradicate the Laquium. After being informed about Spinel capturing the remaining Six Heroes, Diana noticed Liko's newly-caught Charcadet and challenged her to aDouble Battle to test her skills. While Meowscarada was defeated by aFlare Blitz from Diana's Arcanine, Charcadet defeated WashRotom before falling to Arcanine shortly afterwards. Once the battle concluded, Diana discussed with the Rising Volt Tacklers about finding the location of the remaining Six Heroes at an Exceed facility, with Liko suggesting they get answers from Cervantis.
InTinkatuff's Hammer Wasn't Made in a Year!, Liko received an email from Cervantis, who requested the Rising Volt Tacklers come meet him in person at an Exceed distribution center. Shortly after they arrived, Liko, Roy, and Ult found out the message was a fake sent by Spinel to lure them out. In thefollowing episode, Indi and Rubina used Super Strong Spheres to further empower the captured Six Heroes and made them battle Liko and the others. Liko had Pagogo purify the Laquium afflicting the Six Heroes, only for it to be quickly taken out when the Explorers just used the Super Strong Spheres on the heroes a second time.
InBetter, Farther, Stronger!, Liko and her friends continued struggling against the rampaging heroes. Despite the timely assistance by Amethio and Zygarde, the battle still resulted in a complete defeat for the Rising Volt Tacklers. Exhausted, the effects of the Super Strong Spheres wore off on the Six Heroes, whose unconscious bodies were taken away by the Explorers. After bidding farewell to Amethio,Hamber, and Cervantis, Liko and the others received a call from Briar, who suggested that they come meet her atBlueberry Academy. Realizing that Blueberry Academy is a school that specializes in Pokémon battling, Liko and her friends decided it would be the perfect location to train for their next encounter with the Explorers.
InHZ118, Liko and her Pokémon, except Pagogo, joined Ann and her party with Ditto Block HuntingBlueberry Quest in theTerarium. Liko previously thought Hattrem was holding herself back for the sake of Meowscarada and Charcadet, however, after Ann told Liko about her relationship with her older and younger sibling, Liko realized Hattrem wasn't holding herself back at all, but that she was doing what she wanted to do all along because it made her happy. After a heartfelt moment with Hattrem over making sandwiches, Liko confessed that she was happy she met Hattrem and apologized for not realizing Hattrem's intentions before, making her cry tears of joy and triggered her evolution intoHatterene. The next day, Liko and her party were having breakfast when Dot and Roy entered informing her that Briar had acquired new data on Terapagos.
InHZ124, Liko and her friends infiltrated the Explorers HQ to rescue the remaining Six Heroes. Liko and Dot tried to hack through the back door but were caught by Indi and Rubina. After Amethio and his Ceruledge showed up in time, Liko battle alongside them in a tag team against Indi and Rubina. Liko and Amethio both worked well as a team, with her Charcadet eventually evolving intoArmarouge mid-battle, defeating the Explorers' twoSalamence with its newArmor Cannon move, forcing Indi and Rubina to retreat. Liko and her friends then snuck into the HQ to rescue the remaining Six Heroes, only to be led into a trap set by Spinel, with Liko and her friends facing against each of the remaining Six Heroes and Explores Admins one on one.
InHZ125, Liko used her Meowscarada and Hatterene against Lucius's Kleavor. After Hatterene got knocked out, Liko had Meowscarada use her invisible flower stems to trap Kleavor and unleashed a massive Magical Leaf, defeating the Axe Pokémon. InHZ127, Liko used her Armarouge to battle against Ann's Samurott, with both trainers Terastallizing their Pokémon. After a series of attacks both Pokémon were knocked out, resulting in a draw.
Character

Liko is a kind, soft-spoken, and polite girl who doesn't do well in stressful situations. She seems to be studious when it comes to learning how to build a bond with Pokémon and is rather insightful, being able to spot behavioral patterns with ease, such asCaptain Pikachu's during thespecial training. She has also been shown to be cautious about trusting others, as she quickly realized something was amiss whenAmethio presented himself as a representative of her grandmother,Diana, and she was initially unsure about theRising Volt Tacklers sinceFriede took her to theirairship without providing her with any information about what was happening. However, after seeing the Rising Volt Tacklers willing to protect her and help rescueSprigatito from theExplorers, Liko came to trust them. Despite her intelligence, Liko has also been shown to be gullible and naïve on occasion, mainly when it comes to realizing that Nidothing andDot are the same person until she is told the truth inQuaxly, We Can Do It. Liko can also be clumsy and has a tendency to lose her balance, stumble, or fall down on occasion.
Liko is a big fan of Nidothing and watches her videos, where she posts comments under the usernameSprigatito Love (Japanese:ニャオハ大好きっ子Nyahoja Superfan). Although she now knows that Nidothing and Dot are the same person, Liko openly treats them both as individual people. She even goes to the point of trying to believe that Nidothing is just Nidothing and nobody is inside the costume, as seen inTinkatink's Ideal Hammer andNidothing Love!. She gets excited to meet others who are also Nidothing fans, such asYuno andLitten Smitten, and when she finds out that those she knows are a fan of her as well, such asZirc.
She appears to be adept at drawing, as it is common for her to do so when she writes in herdiary about her day. As revealed inWelcome to Paldea!, Liko gets her drawing skills from her father,Alex. Liko is also good at painting, as seen inSparkle! The Glow of Flame and Art, when she makes a drawing ofArboliva with her Pokémon's help. In addition, Liko is a good observer and has been seen writing down her observations in her Rotom Phone.
Liko has been shown to be a bit bashful and socially anxious around new people. InThe Pendant That Starts It All (Part One), after seeing that otherIndigo Academy students also liked Nidothing, Liko thought about striking up a conversation with them but was unable to voice her thoughts. On occasions when this initial barrier is overcome, however, Liko can easily make friends, quickly befriendingAnn andRoy after meeting them. Liko's kindness, compassion, and her willingness to help others encourages many people around her and earns their friendship, as was seen inThe Door That Never Opens, when she was able to get the initially reserved Dot to open up more by bringing her lunch and inviting her to watch Nidothing's livestream after hearing the streamer's background music from the other girl's room. This was shown again inCrash! Team Dragon Rampage!, when Liko helped the often brash and awkwardUlt to become more comfortable with the group, and understand the concept of working as a team. Even some former enemies have eventually been drawn in by her compassionate nature as time progressed, as seen duringNidothing Love! when Zirc andOnia asked her to help them find Amethio. In addition, Liko has shown an interest in helping people and Pokémon with their romantic problems.
When she hears or sees something that excites her, she claps her hands together, as shown inThe Ancient Poké Ball, after discovering that she has actually met aLegendary Pokémon. Liko is shown to not be a picky eater, tellingMurdock inFor Sure! 'Cause Sprigatito's with Me! that she'll eat anything. Liko also knows how to cookcurry, as seen inAs Long as I'm with My Friends, when she made some for her friends to try, and they enjoyed it. She is also able to make other food, as she made pancakes for the group inCrash! Team Dragon Rampage!. In addition, Liko has a habit of keeping her emotions to herself, which Ann pointed out inHZ118. However, Liko can be emotional, as seen inLiko vs. Rika! Towards the Battle's End, when she cries for the first time after losing a battle againstRika. Sometimes, Liko can be hard on herself when she doesn't accomplish something, which leads her to doubt herself, but quickly cheers up through the assurances and motivation from her friends.

Liko cares very much about Pokémon and loves with them with all her heart. She has also shown to prioritize their safety, as demonstrated inThe Pendant That Starts It All (Part Two), where she attempted to surrender herself to the Explorers so that the Rising Volt Tacklers' Pokémon wouldn't get hurt. Liko will do anything to protect Pokémon, especially her own, from danger, even to the point of being reckless in order to do so, as shown inTerapagos's Adventure, when she attempted to savePagogo from falling off the Brave Olivine, which would have led her to fall off as well if not for her grandmother and herArcanine. This was shown again inThe Knight in the Ruins, when she went to protect a wildHappiny from getting attacked by aLaquium-afflictedScovillain, but both were saved by a wildCharcadet that she met ayear earlier, as it decided to become one of her Pokémon partners after witnessing her compassion for them. She often feels happy and excited when meeting new Pokémon in general, in stark contrast to her usual bashfulness with new people. Liko's appreciation for her Pokémon is shown when she at first misreadHattrem's intentions inHZ118 as she first thought she was holding herself back for the sake of the rest of her party and not doing what she wanted to do, but she soon realizes that wasn't the case at all and that Hattrem was doing what she wanted to do; helping other Pokémon as she had since she was a Hatenna, making Liko apologize for not realizing it sooner and thanking Hattrem, being grateful that she met her.
Though Liko can be timid and uncertain of her abilities, especially in dangerous situations, she has shown a brave side when supported by those around her, people and Pokémon alike, as seen in episodes such asThe Pendant That Starts It All (Part Two) andQuaxly, We Can Do It, after Sprigatito, and later Roy and Dot, encouraged her to stand tall against the Explorers, andFound You, Fuecoco!, when she reminded Roy and herself about what they as Trainers could do with Pokémon by their side. However, throughout her journey, Liko becomes more confident in herself, showing more of her courageous side and less of her fearful side. Liko also developed a never-giving-up attitude, having took to heart Amethio's words of letting a setback stop her from achieving her goals inLiko and Amethio, and even repeated them to Amethio himself inCharcadet's Wish! when his own confidence was brought low by the last year's events.

Liko has a calm disposition and is very approachable, as shown inThe Lonely Hatenna, when she was able to approach a shy and seclusiveHatenna she met near theGalar Mine, as it led them to bond and the Calm Pokémon becoming one of her Pokémon partners thanks to her calm emotions. She also has a stubborn streak, which her grandmother described to her Sprigatito inReunion at the Ancient Castle!. In addition, Liko seems to be a good secret keeper, as she helps Dot maintain her identity as Nidothing and decided to not tell a group ofphotographers that she saw a wildPalafin transform into its hero form inTransform! Hero of the Seas, Palafin.
Ever since being assigned to the observation deck on the Brave Olivine inThe Treasure After the Storm!, Liko came to enjoy hanging out there because it was peaceful and quiet, as she would go there in order to get away from whatever was troubling her. Liko often tries to prioritize the happiness of other people before her own, but this sometimes ends up having the opposite effect due to her not properly considering their feelings. This tendency, along with a lack of a goal, resulted in Liko's own development and growth as a Trainer stagnating due to having very little ambition of her own. However, inThe Lonely Hatenna, Liko decided that she wants to be a Trainer that understands how Pokémon feel. Liko has also learned to not hold back in a Pokémon battle and should give her all no matter who the opponent is. In addition, Liko has come to enjoy battling and wants to become stronger in order to protect those she cares about. Liko's true strength shines through when she is fighting for others, especially for her friends and family, whichGrusha points out inInfiltrating the System! Naranja Academy in Danger!.

Liko shares a great relationship with her family and is supportive of them. During her time with her grandmother, Liko became much closer with her, as she came to enjoy spending time with her. Liko is also used to having her family busy, due to her parents working and her grandmother traveling. Ever since the events inFor Sure! 'Cause Sprigatito's with Me!, Liko came to admire Friede for his selflessness and compassion for others, and is impressed with his skills as a Pokémon Trainer andProfessor. Although, Liko seemed to have picked up Friede's tendency to forget to give important details, as seen inThe Three Explorers. In addition to Friede, Liko has a close relationship with the rest of her teammates. However, out of all her teammates, Liko shares a remarkable relationship with Roy and Dot, as they are her best friends and mostly hangs out with them. Liko also has a close friendship with Ann, even keeping in touch with her whenever she could, especially before or after class at Indigo Academy.

At first, Liko saw Amethio as her enemy due to being a member of the Explorers and his attempts to kidnap her. However, during the events inFrom So Far Away, Liko starts to see Amethio differently when he saved her from getting hurt during a battle against theBlack Rayquaza. Liko further sees Amethio differently inLiko and Amethio when they opened up to each other, which led her to bonding with him. Ever since, Liko begins to trust Amethio and comes to care about him, even helping Onia and Zirc find him when they informed her about his disappearances after the events in Laqua. Upon being informed of theExplorers origins, Liko quickly accepted her great-great grandparentsLucius andRystal's history with Amethio's grandfatherGibeon. Liko and Amethio have also shown to work well together in battle, as seen inBetter, Farther, Stronger! andHZ124.
Upon losing Friede, Pagogo not coming out of its Poké Ball, and the Rising Volt Tacklers disbanding after being framed bySpinel, Liko's confidence took a hit and she hid her affiliation from her classmates, with Ann being the only one who knew. Despite her own talent, she also lets Ann become the ace of Indigo Academy, contributing to her feelings of renewed stagnation over the year. In addition, Liko has avoided everything associated with the Rising Volt Tacklers to hide the pain of what she went through, to the point of not staying in contact with Roy and Dot or watching her Nidothing videos. However, upon reuniting with Roy and realizing that her best friends are always moving forward with their Pokémon partners, Liko becomes inspired to do the same, as she cuts loose in her battle against Roy inEyes to the Skies Once Again, Part 2 and reveals to her classmates that she is a member of the Rising Volt Tacklers. With a newfound resolve to move forward for herself, Liko is now determined to reclaim her agency and clear the Rising Volt Tacklers' name, while returning to traveling with both her best friends and Pokémon, in hopes of one day being able to soar the skies on the Brave Olivine with her friends once more. Her wish soon starts coming true not just when the Rising Volt Tacklers are officially re-formed inWe Are the Rising Volt Tacklers! with the addition of a new friend and teammate in Ult, but also with the discovery that Friede is still alive but in hiding. Liko also works with Roy, Dot, and Captain Pikachu in making decisions during Friede's absences. When Friede return inHZ121, Liko comes toaccept in being a founding member of the reformed Rising Volt Tacklers, but knows that her best friends, Pokémon, and the rest of her teammates are there to assist her in her time of need.
Although she still compassionate, Liko has become much serious in dealing with situations, especially in dealing with the Explorers, and less afraid of what people think of her. Liko is even more adventurous than she was when she first started out as a Trainer. During her training atBlueberry Academy, Liko learns to get the facts before jumping to conclusions and open up in expressing her emotions.
Pokémon

Liko's team mostly consist of Pokémon who are, in some way, related to strong emotions, tying it to her goal of learning more about the feelings of Pokémon. As Liko matured as aTrainer, so did her ability to recognize and deal with the emotional necessities of her Pokémon, which can be most clearly seen in her history withMeowscarada. Her team has also shown to have a strong bond with each other, as they look out for one another. In addition, Meowscarada has occasionally been seen carryingHatterene during her first twoevolutionary stages, andPagogo, whileArmarouge, as a Charcadet, has shown a tendency to ride Pagogo. Her Pokémon all have Liko's compassion, loyalty, and reckless nature, as they would do anything to protect anyone in danger, especially their Trainer and each other.
Furthermore, her Pokémon seemed to take on a particular role on the team as they developed: Meowscarada and Pagogo are Liko's mainbattlers while Hatterene and Armarouge are the secondary battlers. Additionally, Hatterene can be seen as the healer, healing any Pokémon, even her own teammates, when they are injured and Pagogo can be seen as a protector, considering its ability to put up shields and purifyLaquium.
In battle, she shows great capability of using her Pokémon's unique traits, such as Meowscarada's invisible stem to confuse her opponents then tying them up and Hatterene's, while she was a Hattrem, psychic power to help detect enemies, as shown inThe Six Heroes Unleashed!, when she used her to guide Meowscarada aroundKleavor's attack. She also makes consistent use of her Armarouge'sFlash Fire ability by letting it absorb fire attacks to strengthen itself while also protecting Meowscarada showcasing her talent in battle tactics as a Trainer. Furthermore, she is smart enough to counter her opponents strategy, demonstrated when she used her Armarouge'sClear Smog to eliminate the power upIndi andRubina'sSalamence had withDragon Dance.
