It may also be based on aSavannah cat, a hybrid between a domestic cat and a serval. It also slightly resembles ablack leopard, because of its dark coloration and the fact that it has spots which can be seen if examined closely. Its fur pattern around its eyes, behavior, and feline influence suggests that it may also be based on a female thief, commonly known as acat burglar.
