Effect

Laser Focus causes the user's move to result in acritical hit until the end of the next turn, unless that move's target hasBattle Armor,Shell Armor, or is under the effect ofLucky Chant.

The effect of Laser Focus can be copied byPsych Up orTransform.

If powered up by aNormalium Z into Z-Laser Focus, the user'sAttack stat rises by one stage.

Generation IX

Laser Focus cannot be selected in a battle.

In Pokémon UNITE, Laser Focus isDuraludon's first move. The move reduces damage received by 20% for .5s. Afterward, the user's basic attacks deal additional damage to enemies hit. This buff expires after 8s or after 3 basic attacks. After reaching level 5, this move is replaced by eitherFlash Cannon orDragon Pulse.
