Inver (Japanese:サカサSakasa) is anon-player character in theGeneration VIgames. He is the only character in the games to have theTrainer classProprietor (Japanese:てんちょうProprietor).
In the core series games
Inver is aTrainer whobattles theplayer inInverse Battles. InPokémon X and Y, he may be found at theInverse House onRoute 18, while inPokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, he is located at theInverse Battle Stop inMauville City.
After he is defeated, Inver will give the player anitem depending on how well the player did. Inver's evaluation of the player is based on a score calculated by subtracting the number of successfulnot very effective attacks the player made from the number ofsuper effective attacks the player made.
If none of the player'sPokémonfainted, Inver will give the player three of an item, but otherwise he will only give the player one. Inver can be battled once per day.
