Effect

Ice Spinner inflicts damage and removes anyterrain present on the battlefield.

However, if the user faints due to its heldLife Orb, the target's heldRocky Helmet, or the target having the AbilityRough Skin orIron Barbs, or the user is forced toswitch out due to the target'sRed Card, the terrain is not removed.
