AHoopster (Japanese:バスケせんしゅBasketball Player) is a type ofTrainer class introduced inGeneration V. They are men who playbasketball. InBlack and White, they are only found in theSmall Court inNimbasa City. InBlack 2 and White 2, they can also be found near theVillage Bridge along withSmashers. Hoopsters wear basketball jerseys and shorts. Their battle sprites show them with a basketball colored like aPoké Ball.

Hoopsters use Pokémon of varioustypes.
