Effect
In battle
While a Pokémon with this Ability has astatus condition (non-volatile status), itsAttack is increased by 50%. Additionally, a Pokémon with this Ability does not lose Attack due toburn. The Attack boost from Guts does not activate if a Pokémon isfrozen and uses a move that thaws it out, such asFlame Wheel orFlare Blitz.
Outside of battle
Guts has no effect outside of battle.
