Grit (Japanese:ガンバリTenacious) is a type ofitem introduced inPokémon Legends: Arceus. When used on aPokémon, it increases theireffort level for one of theirstats by 1 point, up to a specific amount depending on the type of grit used.

Wild Pokémon
Wild Pokémon drop grit when defeated. Higher-level Pokémon have an increased chance of yielding stronger grit types.

Releasing Pokémon
Grit can be acquired byreleasing Pokémon frompastures atJubilife Village. The higher the level and existing grit stats of the released Pokémon, the stronger the type of grit that will be received.
