Georgio (Japanese:ツトムTsutomu) is acharacter of the day inPokémon Chronicles, who appeared inA Date with Delcatty!. He is a fairly shy and nice young man who lives inCerulean City.

Georgio sent a letter toMisty, asking her to meet him at the lighthouse. Upon meeting Misty, who was accompanied byCasey, he asked her to go on a date with him. Misty was taken aback by this and very hesitant to respond, but Georgio challenged her to a battle. If he won, Misty would go with him to the Electabuzz vs. Starmiesbaseball game, but if he lost, Misty didn't have to date him. Just as the battle began, however,Butch andCassidy stole hisDelcatty and tried to escape. However, Georgio'sPelipper,Misty's Corsola, andCasey's Meganium defeated them with relative ease.

After rescuing Delcatty from Butch and Cassidy, Georgio and Misty resumed their battle. Misty narrowly won and promised that she and Georgio would battle again someday. However, Casey wanted to go to the baseball game, and she had to battle Georgio for the ticket. Although Casey and herElekid lost, Georgio still decided to take her to the game as thanks for helping him get his Delcatty back.

Delcatty is Georgio's main battling Pokémon. It went up againstMisty's Corsola. However, before the battle happened, Butch and Cassidy of Team Rocket stole Delcatty. Georgio, Misty, and Casey were able to stop them and get Delcatty back and the battle was resumed. Delcatty knows a good variety of moves as in Double Team but despite that, it lost to Corsola. Delcatty was also used against Casey'sElekid where it was able to defeat Elekid, despite the previous battle it had with Corsola.

Delcatty's known moves areDouble Team,Iron Tail,Double-Edge, andIce Beam.
