Felicity operates thePokémon Lottery Corner on the ground floor ofJubilife TV^DPPtBDSP and theGoldenrod Radio Tower^HGSS.

In Diamond and Pearl, she allows theplayer to draw a Loto Ticket only once, while in Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver, she allows the player to have the number read to them as many times as they wish, allowing them to obtain a new Pokémon with an ID matching the Loto Ticket's.

She goes unnamed in Diamond and Pearl; her name was revealed on theTCG cardFelicity's Drawing and then used in Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver.
