Explosive Art, Ninja's Craft (Japanese:爆ぜる芸術 忍ぶ服飾Explosive Art, Ninja Costume) was anAcademy Founding Chapter event inPokémon Masters EX. It was focused on thesync pairs Mela & Armarouge and Atticus & Revavroom.
First run
The event first ran from January 15 to February 2, 2025. The "Mela Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Mela & Armarouge for the duration of the event, and the "Atticus Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Atticus & Revavroom starting on January 17, 2025 and lasting until the end of the event.
In this run, players could earn event points by completing battles. Players received rewards based on the number of points accumulated, including 5★ Scout Tickets, a Tech Move Candy Coin, a 5★ Power-Up, andmedals. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day.
The player could battle using Mela & Armarouge or Atticus & Revavroom to obtain +0.6× bonus points; Valerie & Sylveon or Mina & Granbull to obtain +0.4× bonus points; and any unlistedPaldea sync pairs to obtain +0.2× bonus points.
This run featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with one or fewer sync pairs fainting and sync pairs with specifictheme skills on the team.
Second run
The event reran from March 18 to April 20, 2025 as part of the Academy Coming Soon! Read the Founding Chapter Again! event leading up to the debut of the firstacademy event,Pasio Academy Opening. This run only contained the story areas; the battles and event points did not return. In addition, no missions were available, and no medals could be earned.
Third run
The event reran again from August 5 to 23, 2025 as part of the Read the Founding Chapter Again! event, in conjunction with the debut of the academy eventBest Buddies Program. Everything was the same as the previous run.
