The Victini & Miraidon ex Battle decks were the fifth release in the ex Battle Deck product line. The ex Battle Decks are Play Level 1, indicating they are aimed at beginners to the TCG.

The ex Battle Decks were sold individually as theVictini ex Battle Deck and theMiraidon ex Battle Deck. Each deck contained a fixed selection of 60 cards, including the eponymous Pokémon asPokémon ex. Each deck also included a deck box, damage counters, a single-player playmat, a rules booklet, a Quick Guide, three reference cards, aTCGL code card, and a Jumbo-sizedcoin.
