Electroweb inflicts damage and then lowers the target'sSpeed stat by one stage.
Electroweb targets all adjacent opponents.
Electroweb can also be used as part of aContest Spectacular combination, with the user gaining an extra three appeal points if the moveString Shot was used in the prior turn.

By reaching level 6, Electroweb is upgraded into eitherVolt Tackle orThunderbolt.
