Downside Up (Japanese:能力ダウン反転Stat Reduction Reversal) is askill inPokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When one of the user'sstats would be lowered by a move or passive skill, that stat is raised by the number of stat ranks it would have been lowered. This applies to both self-inflicted stat decreases and stat decreases caused by an opponent. If the stat is already at its maximum rank, nothing happens.
In Master Mode in theChampion Stadium, if the parameter "Five Stats ↓ 3 at Start" is selected, the user's five stats will be raised by three stat ranks at the beginning of the battle.

Trivia
- Arc Suit Steven & Metagross's passive skill Wandering Stone Enthusiast has the same effect as Downside Up, but it has additional effects as well.
