Learnset

Pikachu, or a Pokémontransformed into Pikachu, can use Catastropika if it knowsVolt Tackle,holds aPikanium Z, and if itsTrainer wears aZ-Ring^SM orZ-Power Ring^USUM.

Only regular Pikachu can use Catastropika.Pikachu in a cap cannot use Catastropika, even if it meets the requirements.
