Bulk Up (Japanese:ビルドアップBuild Up) is a non-damagingFighting-typemove introduced inGeneration III.
It is:

Effect
Bulk Up raises the user'sAttack stat andDefense stat by one stage each.
If powered up by aFightinium Z, the user's Attack stat is raised by another stage.

Bulk Up's PP has been reduced to 10, and it raises the user's offensive and defensive stats for four turns.
