Avalanche Slopes (Japanese:雪崩坂Avalanche Slopes) is an area located in the southwestern region of theAlabaster Icelands ofHisui. It is located south ofArena's Approach and theIcepeak Arena, and northwest ofIcebound Falls.
Geography
The topography of Avalanche Slopes rises from the Arena's Approach to the north andMount Coronet to the south. The ground is completely snowed over, with the exception of some distinct exposed dirt paths and patches. One large path acts as a major artery that makes its way up the slopes to the mountain. The path sharply winds to the left and right, with plateaus sticking off the side at each bend, sharing roughly the same elevation. An ice sheet sticks out of the hillside midway up the path. The trees in this area have all lost their leaves and withered, looking like pinpoint splinters that stick out of the ground. A path on a cliffside elevated from the main path is located to the west. An entrance to theIcepeak Cavern is found at the eastern end of the area, before the base of the trail.
