Effect

The user surrounds itself with a veil of water, allowing it to restore 1/16 of its maximumHP (rounded down) at the end of every turn. Aqua Ring works regardless of the user'stype.

If the affected Pokémon is holding aBig Root, the amount of restored HP is increased by 30%. A Pokémon affected byHeal Block can still use Aqua Ring, but the veil of water will not restore the user's HP as long as Heal Block is in effect.

The effect of Aqua Ring can beBaton Passed.

If powered up by aWaterium Z into Z-Aqua Ring, the user'sDefense stat rises by one stage.

InGeneration IV only, Aqua Ring cannot be stolen bySnatch. It can be stolen by Snatch fromGeneration V onwards.
