Make the Windows Python installer set PATHEXT when "Register Python extensions" is set. This allows users to run a scripy by typing the name of the .py file at the command line without the .py extension.The patch needs review - I have not been able to build the MSI installer and so this patch is untested :-( | |||

Thanks for the patch. It works fine (with the expected limitation that you need to restart running shells for this to take effect). | |||
