3"Nationswill cometo your light,And kingsto the brightnessof your rising.
4"Liftup your eyesroundaboutand see;They allgathertogether, they cometo you. Your sonswill comefrom afar,And your daughterswill be carriedin the arms.
5"Thenyou will seeand be radiant,And your heartwill thrilland rejoice;Becausethe abundanceof the seawill be turnedto you, The wealthof the nationswill cometo you.
6"A multitudeof camelswill coveryou, The youngcamelsof Midianand Ephah;Allthose from Shebawill come;They will bringgoldand frankincense,And will beargood newsof the praisesof the LORD.
7"Allthe flocksof Kedarwill be gatheredtogether to you, The ramsof Nebaiothwill ministerto you; They will goup with acceptanceon My altar,And I shall glorifyMy glorioushouse.
8"Whoare thesewho flylike a cloudAnd like the dovesto their lattices?
9"Surelythe coastlandswill waitfor Me; And the shipsof Tarshish[will come] first,To bringyour sonsfrom afar,Their silverand their goldwith them, For the nameof the LORDyour God,And for the HolyOneof IsraelbecauseHe has glorifiedyou.
10"Foreignerswill buildup your walls,And their kingswill ministerto you; For in My wrathI struckyou, And in My favorI have hadcompassionon you.
11"Your gateswill be opencontinually;They will not be closeddayor night,So that [men] may bringto you the wealthof the nations,With their kingsledin procession.
12"For the nationand the kingdomwhichwill not serveyou will perish,And the nationswill be utterlyruined.
13"The gloryof Lebanonwill cometo you, The juniper,the boxtreeand the cypresstogether,To beautifythe placeof My sanctuary;And I shall makethe placeof My feetglorious.
14"The sonsof those who afflictedyou will comebowingto you, And allthose who despisedyou will bowthemselves at the solesof your feet;And they will callyou the cityof the LORD,The Zionof the HolyOneof Israel.
15"Whereasyou have beenforsakenand hatedWith noonepassingthrough,I will makeyou an everlastingpride,A joyfrom generationto generation.
16"You will also suckthe milkof nationsAnd suckthe breastof kings;Then you will knowthat I, the LORD,am your SaviorAnd your Redeemer,the MightyOneof Jacob.
17"Insteadof bronzeI will bringgold,And insteadof ironI will bringsilver,And insteadof wood,bronze,And insteadof stones,iron.And I will makepeaceyour administratorsAnd righteousnessyour overseers.
18"Violencewill not be heardagainin your land,Nordevastationor destructionwithin your borders;But you will callyour wallssalvation,and your gatespraise.
19"Nolongerwill you havethe sunfor lightby day,Norfor brightnesswill the moongiveyou light;But you will havethe LORDfor an everlastinglight,And your Godfor your glory.
20"Your sunwill nolongerset,Norwill your moonwane;For you will havethe LORDfor an everlastinglight,And the daysof your mourningwill be over.
21"Then allyour people[will be] righteous;They will possessthe landforever,The branchof My planting,The workof My hands,That I may be glorified.
22"The smallestonewill becomea clan,And the leastonea mightynation.I, the LORD,will hastenit in its time."
