1"Moreover you shall makethe tabernaclewith tencurtainsof finetwistedlinenand blueand purpleand scarlet[material]; you shall makethem with cherubim,the workof a skillfulworkman.2"The lengthof eachcurtainshall be twenty-eightcubits,and the widthof eachcurtainfourcubits;allthe curtainsshall have the samemeasurements.3"Fivecurtainsshall be joinedto oneanother,and [the other] fivecurtains[shall be] joinedto oneanother.4"You shall makeloopsof blueon the edgeof the outermostcurtainin the [first] set,and likewiseyou shall make[them] on the edgeof the curtainthat is outermostin the secondset.5"You shall makefiftyloopsin the onecurtain,and you shall makefiftyloopson the edgeof the curtainthat is in the secondset;the loopsshall be oppositeeachother.6"You shall makefiftyclaspsof gold,and jointhe curtainsto oneanotherwith the claspsso that the tabernaclewill be a unit.
7"Then you shall makecurtainsof goats'[hair] for a tentoverthe tabernacle;you shall makeelevencurtainsin all.8"The lengthof eachcurtain[shall be] thirtycubits,and the widthof eachcurtainfourcubits;the elevencurtainsshall have the samemeasurements.9"You shall joinfivecurtainsby themselvesand the [other] sixcurtainsby themselves,and you shall doubleoverthe sixthcurtainat the frontof the tent.10"You shall makefiftyloopson the edgeof the curtainthat is outermostin the [first] set,and fiftyloopson the edgeof the curtain[that is outermost in] the secondset.
11"You shall makefiftyclaspsof bronze,and you shall putthe claspsinto the loopsand jointhe tenttogetherso that it will be a unit.12"The overlappingpartthat is leftoverin the curtainsof the tent,the halfcurtainthat is leftover,shall lapoverthe backof the tabernacle.13"The cubiton onesideand the cubiton the other,of what is leftoverin the lengthof the curtainsof the tent,shall lapoverthe sidesof the tabernacleon onesideand on the other,to coverit.14"You shall makea coveringfor the tentof rams'skinsdyedredand a coveringof porpoiseskinsabove.
15"Then you shall makethe boardsfor the tabernacleof acaciawood,standingupright.16"Tencubits[shall be] the lengthof each boardand one and a halfcubitsthe widthof eachboard.17"[There] [shall be] twotenonsfor eachboard,fittedto oneanother;thusyou shall dofor allthe boardsof the tabernacle.18"You shall makethe boardsfor the tabernacle:twentyboardsfor the southside.19"You shall makefortysocketsof silverunderthe twentyboards,twosocketsunderoneboardfor its twotenonsand twosocketsunderanotherboardfor its twotenons;20and for the secondsideof the tabernacle,on the northside,twentyboards,21and their fortysocketsof silver;twosocketsunderoneboardand twosocketsunderanotherboard.22"For the rearof the tabernacle,to the west,you shall makesixboards.23"You shall maketwoboardsfor the cornersof the tabernacleat the rear.24"They shall be doublebeneath,and togetherthey shall be completeto its topto the firstring;thusit shall be with bothof them: they shall formthe twocorners.25"There shall be eightboardswith their socketsof silver,sixteensockets;twosocketsunderoneboardand twosocketsunderanotherboard.
26"Then you shall makebarsof acaciawood,fivefor the boardsof onesideof the tabernacle,27and fivebarsfor the boardsof the othersideof the tabernacle,and fivebarsfor the boardsof the sideof the tabernaclefor the rear[side] to the west.28"The middlebarin the centerof the boardsshall passthroughfrom endto end.29"You shall overlaythe boardswith goldand maketheir ringsof gold[as] holdersfor the bars;and you shall overlaythe barswith gold.30"Then you shall erectthe tabernacleaccording to its planwhichyou have been shownin the mountain.
31"You shall makea veilof blueand purpleand scarlet[material] and finetwistedlinen;it shall be madewith cherubim,the workof a skillfulworkman.32"You shall hangit on fourpillarsof acaciaoverlaidwith gold,their hooks[also being of] gold,on foursocketsof silver.33"You shall hangup the veilunderthe clasps,and shall bringin the arkof the testimonytherewithinthe veil;and the veilshall servefor you as a partitionbetweenthe holyplace and the holyof holies.34"You shall putthe mercyseaton the arkof the testimonyin the holyof holies.35"You shall setthe tableoutsidethe veil,and the lampstandoppositethe tableon the sideof the tabernacletoward the south;and you shall putthe tableon the northside.
36"You shall makea screenfor the doorwayof the tentof blueand purpleand scarlet[material] and finetwistedlinen,the workof a weaver.37"You shall makefivepillarsof acaciafor the screenand overlaythem with gold,their hooks[also being of] gold;and you shall castfivesocketsof bronzefor them.
