KJV + Strong's Salvation for All Nations 1Thus saiththe LORD,Keepye judgment,and dojustice:for my salvation[is] nearto come,and my righteousnessto be revealed. 2Blessed[is] the man[that] doeththis, and the sonof man[that] layeth holdon it; that keepeththe sabbathfrom pollutingit, and keepethhis handfrom doingany evil. 3Neither let the sonof the stranger,that hath joinedhimself to the LORD,speak,saying,The LORDhath utterlyseparatedme from his people:neither let the eunuchsay,Behold, I [am] a drytree. 4For thus saiththe LORDunto the eunuchsthat keepmy sabbaths,and choose[the things] that pleaseme, and take holdof my covenant; 5Even unto them will I givein mine houseand within my wallsa placeand a namebetterthan of sonsand of daughters:I will givethem an everlastingname,that shall not be cut off. 6Also the sonsof the stranger,that jointhemselves to the LORD,to servehim, and to lovethe nameof the LORD,to be his servants,every one that keepeththe sabbathfrom pollutingit, and taketh holdof my covenant; 7Even them will I bringto my holymountain,and make them joyfulin my houseof prayer:their burnt offeringsand their sacrifices[shall be] acceptedupon mine altar;for mine houseshall be calledan houseof prayerfor all people. 8The LordGODwhich gathereththe outcastsof Israelsaith,Yet will I gather[others] to him, beside those that are gatheredunto him. Israel's Sinful Leaders 9All ye beastsof the field,cometo devour,[yea], all ye beastsin the forest. 10His watchmen[are] blind:they are all ignorant,they [are] all dumbdogs,they cannotbark;sleeping,lying down,lovingto slumber. 11Yea, [they are] greedydogs[which] cannever haveenough,and they [are] shepherds[that] cannot understand:they all lookto their own way,every onefor his gain,from his quarter. 12Comeye, [say they], I will fetchwine,and we will fillourselves with strong drink;and to morrowshall be as this day,[and] muchmoreabundant. |
