19Thou shalt not seea fiercepeople,a peopleof a deeperspeechthan thou canst perceive;of a stammeringtongue,[that thou canst] not understand.
20Lookupon Zion, the cityof our solemnities:thine eyesshall seeJerusalema quiethabitation,a tabernacle[that] shall not be taken down;not one of the stakesthereof shall everbe removed, neither shall any of the cordsthereof be broken.
21But there the gloriousLORD[will be] unto us a placeof broadrivers[and] streams;wherein shall gonogalleywith oars, neither shall gallantshippassthereby.
22For the LORD[is] our judge,the LORD[is] our lawgiver,the LORD[is] our king;he will saveus.
