10Passthrough thy landas a river,O daughterof Tarshish:[there is] no more strength.

11He stretched outhis handover the sea,he shookthe kingdoms:the LORDhath given a commandmentagainst the merchant[city], to destroythe strongholdsthereof.

12And he said,Thou shalt no morerejoice,O thou oppressedvirgin, daughterof Zidon:arise, pass overto Chittim;there also shalt thou have no rest.

13Behold the landof the Chaldeans;this peoplewas not, [till] the Assyrianfoundedit for them that dwell in the wilderness:they set upthe towersthereof, they raised upthe palacesthereof; [and] he broughtit to ruin.
