(Genesis 9:1-17) 13And Godsaidunto Noah,The endof all fleshis comebefore me;for the earthis filled withviolencethrough them;and, behold, I will destroythem withthe earth.14Makethee an arkof gopherwood;roomsshalt thou makeinthe ark,and shalt pitchit withinand withoutwith pitch.15And this [is the fashion] which thou shalt makeit [of]: The lengthof the ark[shall be] threehundredcubits,the breadthof it fiftycubits,and the heightof it thirtycubits.16A windowshalt thou maketo the ark,and in a cubitshalt thou finishit above;and the doorof the arkshalt thou setin the side thereof;[with] lower,second,and third[stories] shalt thou makeit.17And, behold,I,even I, do bringa floodof watersupon the earth,to destroyall flesh,wherein [is] the breathof life,from underheaven;[and] every thingthat [is] in the earthshall die.18But with thee will I establishmy covenant;and thou shalt comeintothe ark,thou,and thy sons,and thy wife,and thy sons'wiveswith thee.19And of every living thingof all flesh,twoof every [sort] shalt thou bringinto the ark,to keep [them] alivewith thee; they shall be maleand female.20Of fowlsafter their kind,and of cattleafter their kind,of every creeping thingof the earthafter his kind,twoof every [sort] shall comeunto thee, to keep [them] alive.21And takethou unto thee of all foodthat is eaten,and thou shalt gather[it] to thee; and it shall be for foodfor thee, and for them.22Thus didNoah;according to all that Godcommandedhim, so didhe. |
