The Sabbath

1And Mosesgatheredall the congregationof the childrenof Israeltogether,and saidunto them, These [are] the wordswhich the LORDhath commanded,that [ye] should dothem.

2Sixdaysshall workbe done,but on the seventhdaythere shall be to you an holy day,a sabbathof restto the LORD:whosoever doethworktherein shall be put to death.3Ye shall kindleno firethroughout your habitationsupon the sabbathday.

Materials for the Tabernacle

4And Mosesspakeunto all the congregationof the childrenof Israel,saying,This [is] the thingwhich the LORDcommanded,saying,5Takeye from among you an offeringunto the LORD:whosoever[is] of a willingheart,let him bringit, an offeringof the LORD;gold,and silver,and brass,6And blue,and purple,and scarlet,and fine linen,and goats'[hair],7And rams'skinsdyed red,and badgers'skins,and shittimwood,8And oilfor the light,and spicesfor anointingoil,and for the sweetincense,9And onyxstones,and stonesto be setfor the ephod,and for the breastplate.

10And every wiseheartedamong you shall come,and makeall that the LORDhath commanded;11The tabernacle,his tent,and his covering,his taches,and his boards,his bars,his pillars,and his sockets,12The ark,and the stavesthereof, [with] the mercy seat,and the vailof the covering,13The table,and his staves,and all his vessels,and the shewbread,14The candlestickalso for the light,and his furniture,and his lamps,with the oilfor the light,15And the incensealtar,and his staves,and the anointingoil,and the sweetincense,and the hangingfor the door at the entering inof the tabernacle,16The altarof burnt offering,with his brasengrate,his staves,and all his vessels,the laverand his foot,17The hangingsof the court,his pillars,and their sockets,and the hangingfor the doorof the court,18The pinsof the tabernacle,and the pinsof the court,and their cords,19The clothsof service,to do servicein the holy[place], the holygarmentsfor Aaronthe priest,and the garmentsof his sons,to minister in the priest's office.

The People Offer Gifts

20And all the congregationof the childrenof Israeldepartedfrom the presenceof Moses.21And they came,every onewhoseheartstirred him up,and every one whom his spiritmade willing,[and] they broughtthe LORD'Sofferingto the workof the tabernacleof the congregation,and for all his service,and for the holygarments.22And they came,bothmenand women,as many aswere willinghearted,[and] broughtbracelets,and earrings,and rings,and tablets,all jewelsof gold:and every manthat offered[offered] an offeringof goldunto the LORD.23And every man,with whom was foundblue,and purple,and scarlet,and fine linen,and goats'[hair], and redskinsof rams,and badgers'skins,brought[them].24Every one that did offeran offeringof silverand brassbroughtthe LORD'Soffering:and every man, with whom was foundshittimwoodfor any workof the service,brought[it].25And all the womenthat were wisehearteddid spinwith their hands,and broughtthat which they had spun,[both] of blue,and of purple,[and] of scarlet,and of fine linen.26And all the womenwhose heartstirredthem up in wisdomspungoats'[hair].27And the rulersbroughtonyxstones,and stonesto be set,for the ephod,and for the breastplate;28And spice,and oilfor the light,and for the anointingoil,and for the sweetincense.29The childrenof Israelbroughta willing offeringunto the LORD,every manand woman,whoseheartmade them willingto bringfor all manner of work,which the LORDhad commandedto be madeby the handof Moses.

30And Mosessaidunto the childrenof Israel,See,the LORDhath calledby nameBezaleelthe sonof Uri,the sonof Hur,of the tribeof Judah;31And he hath filledhim with the spiritof God,in wisdom,in understanding,and in knowledge,and in all manner of workmanship;32And to devisecurious works,to workin gold,and in silver,and in brass,33And in the cuttingof stones,to set[them], and in carvingof wood,to makeany manner of cunningwork.34And he hath putin his heartthat he may teach,[both] he, and Aholiab,the sonof Ahisamach,of the tribeof Dan.35Them hath he filledwith wisdomof heart,to workall manner of work,of the engraver,and of the cunning workman,and of the embroiderer,in blue,and in purple,in scarlet,and in fine linen,and of the weaver,[even] of them that doanywork,and of those that devisecunning work.
