Interplay娱乐公司（Interplay Entertainment Corporation）是美国的一家电子游戏发行与开发公司。前身为Boone Corporation。1983年10月成立Interplay Productions。他们发行了很多著名的角色扮演类游戏，如：冰风谷系列、博德之门系列、辐射系列、异域镇魂曲等。1998年起公司陷入财务危机，2000年后管理层更替。新管理层解散黑岛等工作室，解雇大批员工，使公司完全丧失开发游戏的能力，变为靠出售旧IP维持的空壳。之后公司多次宣布新开发计划，包括发起众筹，最终都无结果。
