Diana Garnet is an American singer. Garnet was born in Washington, D.C., and she moved to Japan in part to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a singer. In 2013, Garnet won the Nodo Jiman Za! World television competition, the same program that introduced fellow American Chris Hart to Japan. That win led to her contract with Sony Music Records. She released her first single Mata Kimi ni Koi Shiteru on October 23, 2013, followed by her first full album Cover Girl on November 27, 2013.

Weekly Shonen Jump describes Garnet as a "super cute 100% American" and an otaku who loves Japanese manga, anime, history and culture. She herself notes that she has loved Naruto for a long time, so the opportunity to sing an ending song for it seems like a dream to her. She vows, "I'll do my best!! Dattebayo!", and asks for the fans' support.
