(“Nissan”) has agreed to arbitrate certain transmission-related claims occurring after December 15, 2022 for the vehicles and extended warranties listed in the “Eligibility” section below.

Eligibility
Your claim must involve one of these model year vehicles and still be within the extended warranty period:
- 2017-2018 model year Nissan Altima: The Powertrain Warranty has been extended from 60 months or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first, to 84 months or 84,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
- 2018-2019 model year Nissan Sentra, Versa, and Versa Note: The Powertrain Warranty has been extended from 60 months or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first, to 84 months or 84,000 miles, whichever occurs first.
