The 2025-26 EuroLeague season is in full swing, and with the first 12 games already in the books, BasketNews presents the updated EuroLeague Power Ranking.

BasketNews staff members ranked all 20 teams based on their current form, roster strength, and potential for the months ahead.

Compared to the second edition of the EuroLeague Power Rankings after Round 6 action, 11 teams lost their places, 8 improved, and just 1 stayed in the same spot.

20. LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne ⬇

  • Average position in the Power Rankings: 19.6
  • Position in the previous Power Rankings: 19th

Since the last Power Rankings edition, ASVEL have struggled, losing five of their last six games. Their only win in that stretch was a one-point victory over Partizan in Round 11.

Some defeats were heavy blowouts, including a 32-point loss to AS Monaco in the latest round and a 37-point loss to Zalgiris in Round 8. These results did not give much choice for our staff.
