9. How to Delete Your Account and Data (ALL users)

A) Self-service deletion via your account (recommended)

- Go toAccount Settings (e.g.,Profile → Settings).
- SelectDelete Account (or similarly named option) and confirm.
Once confirmed, youraccount and related personal data will be removed from our active systems. Where reasonably possible, we will instruct our authorized processors to do the same.
B) Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in or cannot find the function, email us at[email protected] (subject:Data Deletion Request) and include:
- your name and the registered email address;
- any additional details that help us locate the account;
- a clear confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and related personal data.
We may request additional information to verify your identity.
Exceptions
