Our aim is to ensurethat our pupils are ‘proud to succeed’ and our ethos is to ensure all doors areopen to our pupils. To support our pupil premium pupils, we ensure all doorsare open in terms of attainment, aspiration, cultural experiences, and pastoralsupport. We do not want any of our pupils to feel that opportunity for futuresuccess has been denied to them on any level.

We pledge to support attainmentand remove all barriers to academic success. We pledge to support pupils toopen doors to academic success.

We pledge to help support pupilsto consider and focus on their future aspirations. We will support pupils tokeep their aspirations on track at all times and not lose sight of their futurepotential.

 VARIED CULTURAL EXPERIENCES

We pledge to offer a range ofculturally enhancing activities which will improve confidence and open doors toinspire and enthral pupils as they develop and grow into young adults.

PASTORAL SUPPORT

We pledge pastoral support that will be both nurturing but firm and prioritise traditional values embodied within our Beacon Values as well as forward-facing information about the world we live in.
