Biography
Yudelka Tapia was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and lives in the Bronx, New York. Tapia earned an M.S. in urban policy and leadership from Hunter College. Her career experience includes working as a senior auditor with the New York City Comptroller's Office.[1][2]
