Xavier De La Torre is the superintendent of the Ysleta Independent School District. De La Torre was appointed superintendent in March 2014. De La Torre's previous career experience includes working as the superintendent of theSocorro Independent School District and the county superintendent for the Santa Clara County Office of Education inCalifornia.[1]
