Wyoming'sConstitutional Amendment B orSchool Funding Equalization was alegislatively referred constitutional amendment that was on theNovember 7, 2006, ballot in the state ofWyoming, where it wasapproved. It repealed the current limitation on the amount ofproperty tax revenues that may be redistributed by the state through the School Foundation Program Account from school districts with greaterproperty tax revenues to other school districts in the state.[1]
