William Healy (1881-1962) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

He was nominated by PresidentFranklin Delano Roosevelt on June 8, 1937 to a seat created by 50 Stat. 64. He was confirmed by the Senate on June 15th, and received commission onJune 21st. OnNovember 30, 1958, he assumedsenior status. He served in this capacity until his death onMarch 15, 1962.[1]
