William Ball Gilbert
William Ball Gilbert (1847-1931) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He was nominated by PresidentBenjamin Harrison on February 23, 1892. He was confirmed by the Senate onMarch 18, 1892, and received commission that same day. He served until his death onApril 27, 1931.[1]
