Wilbur Miller
Wilbur Kingsbury Miller (1892-1976) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Miller was nominated by PresidentHarry Truman on September 12, 1945, to a seat vacated byFred Vinson. He was confirmed by the Senate on September 24th, and received commission onSeptember 28th. From 1960 to 1962, he was the chief judge. OnOctober 15, 1964, he assumed senior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death onJanuary 24, 1976.[1]
