Wilbur Franklin Booth
Wilbur Franklin Booth (1861-1944) was afederal judge on theUnited States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and theUnited States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Judicial career
Eighth Circuit
Booth was nominated by PresidentCalvin Coolidge onMarch 18, 1925. He was confirmed by the Senate and received commission that same day. OnJanuary 1, 1932, he assumedsenior status. He served on this court until his death onJuly 7, 1944.[1]
District of Minnesota
Booth was nominated by PresidentWoodrow Wilson on May 2, 1914 to fill the seat vacated byCharles Andrew Willard. He was confirmed by the Senate onMay 4th, and received commission that same day. He served on this court untilMarch 27, 1925.[1] Booth was succeeded in this position byJohn Benjamin Sanborn.
